#1 MORNING ROUTINE FOR EVERY GENTLEMAN

So here i m today with a morning routine that i follow to increase my productivity and if you also want to increase your productivity you can follow it too

DETOXIFYING YOUR BODY
you need to understand that no matter what you wear outside if your body is not healthy from inside then you are one step below your awesomeness now what i do to detoxify my body i take a lemon (around 2 tablespoons lemon juice) mix it in around 250 ml of warm water and have it


TAKE CARE OF YOUR ORAL HYGIENE
personally i m too conscious about my teeth coz it gave me that bright smile which increase my confidence as well as you know girls love guys who smile and having a smile with yellow teeth is gonna get your chances lower  in front of that crush of yours


FACE CARE
  taking care of the thing which everybody gonna see first is the most important thing of your morning routine cleanse your face with a good quality facial cleanser and put a good quality moisturizer which should have some SPF protection in it coz u need to understand your facial skin absorbs about 60 % of what you put on it and i don't think you guys want your skin to absorb cheap quality crappy products that will turn your awesome skin which you have for your entire life. atleast
i don' want to  after this take shower wear your clothes


PLANNING THE DAY
this is the most important thing you can do to increase your chances of getting success by a freaking million times i personally give 20 minutes to myself to make a list of what are the tasks which i m gonna don today yes i write it down and most of the times  i m successful to knock down all the tasks which i plan


MEDITATION
at the end you only need peace of mind and one of the best way of getting that is meditation now i m not talking about the meditation which these monks do try to sit a place for around 20 minutes a day no matter the time no matter the place just try to calm down your mind at first your  mind will not settle down but with time you can notice the benefits of doing meditation the benefits which i personally see id having more energy throughout the day, concentration increases  the ability of understanding try it out
